1. Please review before enrolling
Program places, instructors, and learning plans are reserved based on confirmed enrollment. Please review the program details and use the available consultation, placement assessment, or paid trial class before making a longer commitment.
2. Registration and trial fees
Registration, assessment, trial, or administrative fees are generally non-refundable once the related booking or administrative work has been confirmed or delivered, except where applicable law requires otherwise or Salis agrees in writing.
3. Tuition after enrollment
Tuition is not refundable after enrollment has been confirmed, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law. Families are encouraged to use the trial class to confirm that the program is suitable before enrolling.
4. Online monthly programs
Online monthly enrollment requires one full month’s written notice to discontinue. Charges and access continue during the notice period, and future recurring billing stops after that period. Notice is effective when Salis confirms receipt.
5. Missed lessons and late attendance
If a learner misses or arrives late to an in-person or online lesson, Salis does not provide a refund, credit, compensation, or guaranteed make-up lesson. This keeps group schedules and instructor commitments fair and consistent.
6. Schedule changes requested by a family
Requests to move to another time, group, instructor, or format depend on availability and are not guaranteed. An approved transfer does not create a right to a refund and may require payment of any price difference.
7. Cancellation by Salis
If Salis cancels a lesson or program and cannot provide a reasonable replacement, affected families will receive an appropriate rescheduled lesson, account credit, or refund for the undelivered portion. This does not apply where service cannot proceed because of circumstances outside reasonable control, although we will seek a fair practical solution.
8. Exceptional circumstances
Salis may review documented exceptional circumstances individually. Any credit, transfer, pause, or refund offered is discretionary, does not create a general entitlement, and may include reasonable administrative deductions, subject to applicable law.
9. How to submit a request
Send withdrawal, cancellation, or exceptional-circumstance requests to info@salisarabic.com from the email used for enrollment. Include the learner’s name, program, requested effective date, and relevant details. Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can review the account and available resolution.
